Attestation papers were signed 15 Dec 1915 in Hensall, Ontario.  Reginald George Angell was born 10 Feb 1892 in London, England.  He was a Painter and Decorator by trade living in Hensall, Ontario.  His Next of Kin was first his Sister, Mrs John Varlay of Kippen, Ontario.  It was changed to his Wife, Mrs Myrtle Mary Angell of Hensall, Ontario.  He appeared to be 23 years and 10 months of age, 5'4" in height with a fair complexion, blue eyes and light brown hair.  He had a birth mark on the calf of his right leg, and a burn scar on the anterior surface of his right thigh.  His religion was noted as Presbyterian.
